Question Suggestions for Sales reps

We feel we are getting close to needing a sales rep for TV. Any suggestions of reps who were paritcularly helpful? How do you get a sales rep? Is it just luck of the draw?

If you sign up for a Lifestyle Preview, a sales rep will be assigned to you. We were assigned Colleen Ginn Wotring. We have not yet purchase, but Colleen has been great (absolutely no pressure and she answers all my questions)!

You can, however, call and get your chosen rep prior to signing up. So if you wish, call and ask for Colleen at 800-346-4556. If you want her cell phone number just send me a PM.

There are numerous posts about "the best sales reps" on this site. You might want to read through them although most posters think very highly of their rep. You should come up with a pretty good list of possibles.

Or you could just skip the reading and contact Ron Delk at 352-636-3549, who we happen to believe is the best.

From what we've read here, their all pretty good. We used John Stamper. No pressure, knowledgable, soft spoken and very attentive to your needs. Always calls back promptly and goes out of his way to help and inform.

Audrey Sullivan was great with us. We wanted some degree of privacy and she found us a home that fit the bill. Read the post about Harston Trail for details.

Nanette Tolleson was really great and a big help with information for things we wanted. Also was there at walk through with gifts, especially chairs for us to sit on since we had no furniture and we were staying in the house that night.

Red face Sales Rep

We purchased last month in Liberty Park and our exceptional sales rep was Jeanne MacLennan who teams with her sister June...they are known as "The Twins." Look almost exactly alike. Very pleased with both of them. Met Jeanne at an open house and things just clicked!

Thanks all. That relieves me some. We are not planning to do a visitors week because we have already been there, but this makes me confident we will have someone who is knowledgeable and attentive. On we go!

Default Like Doctors, yours is always the best.

From what I read it sounds like all are the best. I am currently working with Brian Dees. Have been working with him through two failed deals to sell my current home and now am in contract for a new home in TV.

Brian has answered all questions for over 7 months now and continues to work with us through the ups and downs of our contract of sale for our current home in NJ. With a contract for a home that meets all of our needs and wants in TV and one up here that the buyers are nickel and diming us to death with, Brian has worked with us, giving us some breathing room when our buyers threaten to cancel or delay the closing date.

It is a rare salesperson who is willing to work with someone for many months with no guarantee of making a sale. He even took many pictures to email to us plus maps, etc. We ended up buying a home from him through email. Never even saw it in person. This is my 9th home purchase and first that i bought sight unseen and am not worried at all.

We used Cindy Hughes 352 504 5709 who was recommended to us. No pressure or hard sell just facts and very responsive. Went one year and met her and looked around. No hassles. met her agin second year where we tried to buy an existing home but lucked out. Again no pressure. Then bought a plot and designer home.

Lovely lady, very patient

Default sales representatives

We were down visiting friends and went to several "open houses" and meet at least a dozen reps who were all very knowlwdgeable, willing to answer questions, took time with all parties and were very low presseued in their presentations, no, I should say no pressure.
When I contacted TV saying I was coming back for yet another visit with friends and wanted to see the model homes I was assigned Laurie Briggs. I contacted her and made all of the aggaingments via email. She took us to the finished homes (a great place to find out just how much custom modifications one can do and you see them fully furnished) over 2 days. she helped us realize that a courtyard villa better fit our needs than a designer home. We then left her a list of must haves and 2 weeks later we got a call saying a villa was released and we bought it. I can also add that the entire buying process is being done via email and fax. This includes getting a mortgage, property insurance and wiring money for the down payment. We close 5/12 and couln't be pleased more with Laurie!

Here is an inside scope......everyone of the reps are great. I would recommend each and every one. I have my favorites...but that is my opinion. I cannot mention where I work....but read between the lines...

Default Sales Rep

We just recently purchased a lot in the new Buttonwood development. We worked with Sharon Crenshaw and would highly recommend her. Like all of the other reps, she is not high pressure. She was very responsive to our needs. Good luck with your search.
