I found my sales rep by accident with someone next to me at the town dance one evening. She said if I ever needed someone as a rep to contact Ron Delk. When you look for homes in TVs, you should not overlook the MLS realtors. We found a super guy, John Gorry (Johngorry.com) who worked much harder than our Villages rep to make sure we found what we wanted at the price we wanted. At first and not knowing much, we thought we had to deal only with a Villages realtor, but a friend recommended Gorry and we could not be happier.
