Absolutely untrue, in my opinion. I've been going there since the carwash opened, and noticed the lack of clean towels in the baskets.

It never bothered me since I always keep a larger terry cloth towel in my vehicle.

I imagine they're experiencing what hotels go through, losing towels and wash cloths.

BYOT!!! Yikes, much ado about nothing.

Would you rather have a general up charge of .50 for each wash to cover all the stolen/missing towels? Some businesses are hanging by a shoestring.

I always keep a small towel under the seat to clean windows and interior. And a bath towel in the trunk. It’s such a burden…. Be self sufficient.

FYI: Mr Clean Car Wash (301 & 466 next to WAWA) Unlimited monthly washes $19.99. Towels, spray cleaners, and vaccumes available at numerous stations.

Prefer to wash the car in our driveway and use our own towels.

I guess some people will do anything they are told. I would never leave my drivers license, name, and phone number. I won't even give my phone number to a cashier who asks for it, unless I have an account with the store.

Maybe I should take my own plate as well next time I eat out at a restaurant.

If the restaurant finds that plates are walking out the door you might have to.

What *would* you do to get the towel at the carwash?

What would you have the carwash do about the theft of the towels they used to provide?

I would charge for the towel, with the option to return it for a refund or keep it.
