We have a beautiful pool that was constructed by United Pool of Leesburg. This beautiful pool came after what, in my opinion, was the most exasperating four months of my adult life. I try hard, but cannot remember anything like it. Weeks and weeks of no activity, no notification, no communication. I called day after day after day after day after day after day to find out what was happening. If I told my side of this story, it would be too long to read. I can't remember ever, being so angry at any construction company.

After the pool was completed stains began to develop in the plaster walls. I contacted United and they snapped right to it. Nearly 200 days after my initial call, the problem was resolved.

I would never discourage you from using them, it's up to you. There are others here who have used this company, and I am sure they will check in.

We had the same exact experience with United. Three months of hell. They are much less than other companies but dont expect any communications. Pool was fine in the end.

DO NOT USE SUNSHINE POOLS!...if they are still in business. To make a long story short, it has been the worst experience with a contractor I have ever had. The project started last September and is still not completed. My neighbor also used them...same story! Now when we call them all we get is an answering machine and nobody calls back.

Same story with my neighbor. They had a horrible experience and are stuck w a lien on their home because Sunshine allegedly did not pay a subcontractor though they were paid in full.
