Talking to AI while trying to change physicians.

I needed to change the doctor listed on my Medicare Insurance card and the AI they assigned to help did not seem to know what she was doing but did have a nice voice. The system switched me to a real person who fumbled around a little bit as the doctor has an unusual first name but did get the job done.

The AI seemed confused. How human.
