Could someone tell me more about Tamarind Grove? The only thing I see on TV map is the TG Rec Center. My real estate agent said that it is a smaller community and we should come down and check out the area.

It is the newest village in The Villages.

At this time, TV is selling designer homes in a neighborhood east of St. Charles Place on Odessa Circle. They are also selling cottage homes in a neighborhood west of St. Charles, but the streets where they are located are not shown on the $5 map. Several more neighborhoods west of St. Charles will also be part of Tamarind Grove.

TV is also building about 16 cottage home models in Tamarind Grove west of St. Charles. They will replace the cottage home models currently located in Pennecamp.

Thanks for the info! I'm hoping our house sells soon so we can move on down to The Villages.
