Ah, potato guns! I remember the many spud fights the neighborhood kids got into with these things. I almost had forgotten.

About the only good defense against all of the drivers intent on killing everyone else on the road...

I know that the gun shoots T-shirts, but if it could shoot a golf ball about 300 yards with some accuracy, then I would REALLY want one as my golf cart.

If not, can this be driven on the golf paths? Can you imagine driving a golf cart or taking a walk and seeing a small tank approach you on the same path. Discussion anyone?
I saw that newscast. That man is amazing. I can't wait to see what he does next. He built that tank using photos only which he accumulated -- nothing more! It's seems to be about the same size as a 4-person golf cart so I see no reason why he can't drive it the same places golf courts go. The "projectile" you mention was a rolled up T-shirt, so there isn't anything scary about that. If I saw it approaching me on the street, the only thing I could say or think would be "WOW!"

OMG. THAT could be the answer to one of my problems.
