Mine was email copy. Signed up a few years ago. Should be mailed this week in Sumter anyways. You can also go online and download it.

I would rather pluck my eye brows out, pi$$ on electric fence than pay taxes for some bafoons to wastefully spend it. But, at least there was little drop in mine also, but probably the calm before the storm?

Being from New Jersey and handing over between $8000 and $14000 per year for taxes I know you can identify with sheer thrill and happiness we are experiencing today. This is the best. We are thrilled. I never saw a tax bill I loved until today. I have framed it and put it next to my desk.

A reduction for paying it early. Are you serious? I'll be there in the morning to see if this is true. Maybe Americas Funniest Videos?

Agree It's much easier living here and yes you save money if you pay it early. My ink wasn't even dry and I paid it. I find nothing to bitch about living here

We were notified by email, went to the county office on Powell Road and paid it, pretty easy thing to do.

Wow! I have never seen so many taxpayers happy with their tax bill. Is this a great place to live or what!

Got mine today and paid it by Echeck immediately. The only thing that makes me mad is the $1.50 fee to use an electronic check. But, it was worth the peace of mind to get an instant receipt and not worry about the paper check getting lost. It would have cost 2.5 percent to pay by credit card. What a ripoff that is. Even Comcast doesn't charge a fee to pay by credit card or Echeck.

It's because they are charged a 2.5% credit card processing fee. They can't build it into the taxes as a company like Comcrap or Macy's or Wendy's can build it into their merchandise. For you to pay no fee, those of us who pay by check would have to cover it. As far as the eCheck fee I think that is ridiculous however I assume it is because they are using a 3rd party processing service who charges them.

The tax bill can make you money. Many credit cards give you a large reward if you spend x$ in 1st three months. Far exceeds the 2.5 %, plus you get the 1% or 2% additional for using the card.

I am getting $800 bonus cashback for using new credit cards.
