There is one thing that this covers that is useful. TV uses Kohler toilets which use a red rubber seal for their version of a flapper, drain seal. They generally fail in four to five years. They cost 8.99 at the Wildwood Ace. It is an easy DIY job though.

Policy excludes "ordinary wear and tear" so that wear item would not be covered.
If you did get them to send a repairman, after they say "wear and tear is not covered"... would their next words be "that will be $299 for this service call, plus parts" ??
