I have Massey. They treated the entire house for subterranean termites for $400 and gave me a 10-year contract. The annual renewals are $79 each for the first 5 years, but the price can increase in years 6 to 10. The annual renewal only covers an inspection unless they find termites. The 10-year contract covers retreatments as needed and damage repair as needed. Note that Dean's will only treat termites on an annual basis, no multi-year contract. That is why I have Massey.
