Virginia Trace is the same. I have been there at 5:30 and later and mail carrier is just pulling in.

Sad that you are that regimented.
1. he's fairly new
2. he's husband of former carrier
3. at least he's working
4. if all you have to do is "complain" to higher authority about someone's job then you should try it for a day! Try complimenting someone for trying to do their best.
