So we were sitting quietly in the living room this AM, reading TOTV and watching the telly, when our agent called. After 18 months on the market, we are finally under agreement on our house in VA. And of course, the new owners want us out before June 1, so, it's been wait wait wait, now it's hurry hurry hurry! But that's a good thing! So we are coming down this weekend to look for a TV house. Let the whirlwinds commence! Thank you all for your incredibly valuable advice and suggestions on the forum. Can't wait to be there with you!

We just came home from our LSV and we're putting our house on the market this week. A good friend of ours in northern New Jersey who is in real estate told us over the weekend that the market is starting to pick up in a big way.

I hope it is in the mid south also.
