Using Internet Explorer, I got a message "The Axis Media Control could not be registered on your computer". However, when using Mozilla Firefox, I was able to view both Sumter and Spanish Springs, no problem.

In IE go to the SS cam and you should get a blue line across the top of the window to install Active X. Install it and you will be able to then see both cams.
