What actually is the issue and who is rude? Was the car or bike there first. We’re there golf carts there when the bike parked? Not sure who or what we are looking for. Based on the picture the bike is what we see but that looks parked fine. Hate posts like this without an explanation.

Look at pic 2 and you will see who is at fault although OP does throw parallel parking into the complaint. I think the solution is the OP should have a designated parking space roped off at each square for him when ever his highness wants to park there. Prob solved

The car is also more than a foot away from the curb. No idea what the rule is in Florida, but up north that's grounds for a parking ticket.

As long as he's not boxing anyone in, it's not -that- big of a deal. There's a golf cart in the space behind him, a motorcycle in the space in front of him, so it's not like he's preventing anyone from parking in either space. It's annoying, but nothing worth calling the press over. If it happened while I was walking by, I'd probably mutter "idiot" under my breath and get over it.
