Gee, reading the headline, when you said they're back, I automatically thought of love bugs. So, which is worse: visiting kids or love bugs?

Often sound about the same from the words used.

I understand the Lifelong Learning College is planning to offer a course called "Making Mountains out of Molehills" as soon as they find an instructor who knows American Sign Language.

Any kid that spends spring break with grandparents is a "loser"

I guess it is an annual right of passage we have to bear each year. But, where are the parents and grandparents in this? You would expect the kids to be schooled in proper behavior when visiting here.
Do you really think talking to them would have mattered? The way MOST OF THEM are coddled, pampered and given nearly everything they want nowadays, they will roll their eyes and snicker at you and really **** you off then.

Yep free food, wheels to total, pools to plumage, landscape to destroy. All with no parental units

There are many people who throw their trash along the road. I see beer cans, cigarette butts, liquor bottles, food containers, etc., all the time. One bad spot is the small catch basin next to the gray cart bridge at the Morse So. Gate House. Someone is using that to throw their plastic water bottle in on a regular basis. Thankfully, someone has taken the time to clean those bottles out, but more are being thrown in. Such a shame, but unless people are caught and fined, very little can be done to stop it. That's why I always keep plastic bags in my cart and occasionally do "trash runs" to pick trash up along areas where I travel. It helps to balance out the 'nasty' ones who have no conscience or concern for the environment, keeps our beautiful home looking nice, and I get a little exercise in the process. :-D
