If the strip club offered online shopping when the girls took a break might be successful.

I would hope it has a "place in shopping cart" button...I'd pay to see that

The Villages owns most of the land around the Wildwood and CR 470 exits. They are not going to use that area for a gas station.
What restrictions on turnpike exit locations for gas stations? There are 2 of them at the 301/turnpike exit, less than 2 miles from the service plaza.

I could see a Buc-ees down 301 to I-75. I certainly wouldn't want one in TV. Its a great company though.

Ditto. When I first moved here I rented at Hemmingway but soon realized that I needed to be near 466. Everything is here that I want and will never be moving again.

You need a MVP Fitness Center down there for those who just want to eat, eat, eat.

Many of the posts here demonstrate why the residents should never gain control of running TV!

I feel the same way as you. It stinks waiting for "stuff" to come to your area. People get so taken by a new house they don't see what is not near them. After all many homes are less then 10 years old north of 44.

Sawgrass is going to be a very crowded site. Parking spots will be hard to find.
