I don't know about the water CarGuys as all I can think about right now at lunchtime is the chocolate waffle cones that swimdawg mentioned! I'm a firm believer in "life's short, eat your dessert first".

FYI at our recent St. James cul-de-sac party, I was told by neighbors that the cow pasture land off of 466-A was purchased and medical offices are to be built in that area.

I am referring to the entire area around Brownwood including areas off of 466-A.

But more important than all the building that will happen in the future, I'm with Capt. John, bring on the chocolate ice cream cone. Oh yes!!!!

I would not doubt The Villages have planned for 50 years in advance for water etc. they already know what the place will look like when its done

I think the three tiers are, irrigation usage rate , potable water rate, and third (commercial or sewage usage) ?

Plus I forgot to add in the post above that your bill has a base rate for each category. Then different rate over 4,000 gals usage for home, over 7,000 gals. irrigation, and over 10,000 gals of for sewer. Commercial users may have their own rate too. Not sure.

With less than 4" of rain since November we're in a real trouble now. Where's the water gonna come from to accommodate the 20-30,000 new homes in the future for TV and the surrounding developments?
