I don't know, but I think Virginia allows you to carry an exposed firearm, but Florida does not.

Google the Pinellas Winn Dixie robbery, the two suspects were described as "dark skinned" as well... This has been a trend for some time, keeps the rest of us from drawing 'erroneous' conclusions reinforcing stereotypes we might hold. All I'm saying is either give an accurate description or don't give one at all, simple.
