Carded entry into all village pools as our pools have no secured entry and have found a lot of outside residents have found their way to use the facilities as well as tennis and pickleball courts.

Non residents using our pools and not enough checking. If you are in the pool when a rec staffer comes in to check you should still have to show your card.

Yeah, that's what happens with annual increases - they increase every year. (I'm surprised it hasn't increase three times in 3.5 years)
