Default Sae a golf cart on Rolling Acres

Heading south on Rolling Acres-saw a golf cart crossing Rolling Acres between the two malls--it was not a street legal cart--another death wish

Folks who live at Recreation Plantation do that dozens of times a day to get to The Villages. They shoot over to the Lady Lake Driving Range and from there they can back door into The Villages at Palermo Place.

Uh-Huh!

Same cart as most of us have except it goes 3-5 mph faster and you get to pay $600 or more for registration and maybe a couple hundred more for insurance.

For tha extra almost $1000;

no safer than yours or mine.

They get there two carts ahead of us.

Eligible for the Darwin Award, especially in light of this past week's tragedy.

I was in the new Steinmark store next to Kohl's on 441/27 shortly after it opened and a person came in looking for a manager. He brought in an older looking fellow and he needed a drink of water and to sit down and rest. Outside was new looking golf cart, very nice with upgraded seats. I heard them say he was trying to get to the hospital, and then they asked him where he came from, he said Water Oak Estates. That is a real dare devil, or in case, build it and they will come.

You can't fix stupid--just like a daisy chain of bicyclists sweeping around the traffic circle, @ Stillwater & Morse--another death wish--some person might get flustered and not know what to do&we have a good body count- & its not a reality show--its only a matter of time--its gonna happen

They just fixed that intersection so the cars cannot go straight across, did they go over the island?

Yes, I would agree that they have the "right" to ride on Morse. If and only if they obey the same traffic laws that the cars do. They do not yield at roundabouts, they do stop at stop signs and they ARE a major accident waiting to happen. Why don't they use the MM paths, that's what they are there for.
