“Yamaha is recalling about 11,000 Model Year 2023 Golf Car, Personal Transportation Vehicle (PTV), and Umax vehicles because the accelerator spring can become dislodged, allowing the accelerator pedal to not return to the resting position, posing crash and injury or death hazards. The vehicles were sold at Yamaha Golf-Car dealerships and distributors nationwide from August 2022 through March 2023 for $6,200 to $9,700.

The issue was fixed in one hour with no appointment or having to wait for some guy in a van to show up at my house to fix it.
