I've seen people strap refrigerators on the back of golf carts.

Maybe they'll let you drive your golf cart into the store to shop :-)

Back in 2018 I joined a Costco just because of their trays of pesto salmon. Best I had ever had from a store and at a very good price. So I'll be joining for that again, plus other things. Now if I can only find a store with those individual bins for Jelly Bellys I am set!

Maybe now they will put an exit for 466 off of I 75 (it was a supposed done deal) as it was rumored several years ago. That would make it easier for Ocala residents to get to get to the new Costco being built in TV. Never a dull moment in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown!

About your I-75. Never ever plan to drive on it before checking the traffic/accident maps first on your cell phone. I took my wife to the cancer center on 200 for a year from our home south of Ocala and found many days I had to take a alternate route to Hwy 200.. Case in point: Remember when that truck hit the overpass north bound? What a mess for traffic that was. |

Also - one thing BJs has that no one else has - Poland Spring water. I've had the Zephyrhills water, and Walmart generic. Both are okay, but not as "crisp" as Poland Spring. I don't drink tap water and I don't like the "deadness" of filtered or distilled water, and I don't drink carbonated water at all. Also if you require Charmin toilet paper, you can get more for less at BJ's especially if you use coupons. TP isn't something you would buy just a couple rolls at a time, you'll never /not/ need it. So grab an enormous package of it, stuff it at the bottom of the linen closet, and you're good to go for a few months. I prefer Walmart's Great Value TP and it's significantly less expensive than Charmin but I know a lot of people are brand-loyal. If I'm running low on something that's on sale, or need to prepare for a party, I might get other stuff. Like the mini-quiches, or a big bag of those soft mints that are individually wrapped, or a chunk of parmasano reggiano cheese. |

If so, Costco will have a tremendous footprint and parking area. Traffic on already busy 466 will become unpleasant.
