I am looking for a January-February furnished rental for my friend. Know it's late to be doing this but... She is looking for a nice Designer home with minimum 3 BR, 2 BA pretty much anywhere except OB side. She has looked in all the usual places with no luck. Might anybody here know of something like this or have a friend that does? Maybe a cancellation? Any help will be much appreciated.

there is a Facebook group " Landlords of The Villages" post over there as there are new investors closing on homes regularly that might want a tenant however they usually prefer 3 months rather than 2. I noticed they want 3 bedrooms, if it's more than one couple that could make it a little harder to find also.
