I would bet every last penny I had that TV made inquiries to purchase the prison and the quarry. They would have been foolish not to.

Of course the price to build another prison probably was significantly more than what they would offer.

There will also be a minimum security prison unit where those of us who hit our spouses or drink and drive or hit and run or shoplift will be kept, away from the sort found in regular prisons.
