I'm not sure what the original link was but the following link is from the county web site and as such is a public record. Go to around page 18 to see maps of the new sections. Not a lot of detail, but does show major roads as well as golf course locations.

No, it's free -- it's a color map that shows all of TV on one side and close-up maps of the town squares, with lists of stores and restaurants, on the other side. It does not show all of the streets -- just the main ones -- but it also shows cart paths, recreation centers, country clubs, etc. -- great for getting oriented or finding your way around. Both Sales Centers have them -- just ask for the free overview map.

The public tax assessor website http://www.sumterpa.com/GIS/Search_F.asp
now has the first phase of TV development south of 466a with the streets, etc.
