The good news here is that 2/3 of your showings have yielded interested buyers. In Maine you are likely to not have a huge volume of showings, but your hit rate is awesome! I'll bet you wish you were that successful when fishing!

I just got an email from our Realtor...we have yet another showing (new prospective buyer) on Friday afternoon.

Fish showing interest in 2/3 of my offerings would be awesome! You gotta go to the Alaskan bush to get that kind of fishing.

We do have a lot of curb appeal. in fact, someone got ahold of the house plans I drew from the lumberyard that supplied the materials for our house and built a duplicate about five miles from us. A most sincere form of flattery.

Gracie and dirigo:

I'm sure you both have beatiful homes that will sell in a short period of time.

Gracie:

Inspection on Friday mean that you have an acceptable offer? Sounds like the fat lady is warming up her vocal chords.

Thoughts and prayers to both of you as well as others who are selling.

One day, we'll all be able to laugh at this experience.

Default Another dud...

Friday's showing went "Very well" according to the agent who showed the house...but no offer made yet. Prospective buyer seemed keen and said the house met their needs more than any other they'd looked at.

So...we wait for a buyer and continue to window shop for houses in TV on the internet.

GG-How goes it with you???
