mine is working just fine....the UHC agents @ the Health Care centers are ALWAYS very helpful. at Lake Sumter there is a UHC office to go to for help. They also will return phone calls if you cant get there....352-391-5262...

The problem I’ve had with u-card and this happened a couple of times I’ve used the scanner and it shows the product is covered when I check out the cost is paid from my earned credits not by over-the-counter credits. This has happened at both Walmart and Sams and Walgreens. I would prefer to use my over-the-counter benefits which get replenished quarterly and save my earned benefits, which can be used for other items not covered. I get $180 a quarter over-the-counter benefits and I have trouble spending that.

This has happened to me as well. I have called to try to get the money credited back to the right account and it never was.
