I saw an article in The Daily Sun today that mentioned the incident and asking people to call Animal Control if they see the dogs.

Since someone did say the dogs have collars, I would bet their owner lets them run loose everyday and has no idea of the damage they cause.

Buggy, we are wondering if maybe the dogs were owned by folks visiting for Thanksgiving.
