Best thing to do is to hit the ‘country side’....off the beaten paths and usually you’ll find one in a driveway or on a property. Obviously off site. I used to get a lot of cars that way and people are usually more flexible on the price. 2K is a narrow price point but you never know

My neighbor up street in CYV has couple might sell? Let’s see 2 golf carts, 3 cars, and work van. Can’t get none in garage. One on street, two in driveway, carts in front side yard and van down street. Luckily not close to me. Let’s in CYVs in my district no vehicles parked on street, no carts in yards, and no work vehicles. O wait that was old rules, now everything goes.
