The largest Villa is the Grantham. The big plus for me is the privacy. I own a villa (Grantham) and have a pool (12X18). We are on a corner lot and the 8 ft wall around us assures the privacy we were looking for. Something you just don't get with the other home styles.

We have a Woodlawn, 2bd/2b and we love it. Plenty of room for us and our dog. We use the second bedroom as a spare with a sofa bed and my craft stuff there for me when we have no company. Fence is a big advantage for pet owners. For me the biggest plus is the privacy which I love. I also like the smaller neighborhood within a neighborhood. We have met just about everyone and we are a pretty tight group. We have block parties and pool parties and it is nice because there isn't a really big crown. Again, we just love it!

We moved into our 3 bedroom Villa in Bonita and have the Stoneybrook. It is perfect for us. I love tile, and this model has a lot of tile. The Stoneybrook has both an open and closed kitchen. We have the closed which we prefered, but would have accepted the open. We have 2 little dogs. It works out perfectly. We especially like the privacy. No regrets here.
