Fenney has been playing in the neighborhood league for a few years now. You may be right for when they play in Everglades. For now we just switch be tween Saddlebrook and Buffalo Glen.

I love living in Fenney for a few reasons. Because we are the most westerly village south of 44, we only draw it-R’s from the East. Other villages draw from all directions. This means golf and pickleball is less crowded. We also have much less traffic.

I don’t have a golf cart yet because we don’t yet have the bridge, but we are only about 10 minutes to Brownwood and most other places by car on 301. Buffalo Glen is 20 minutes from the house and saddlebrook 25.

Once all the bridges go up I expect our property values to rise significantly. I also expect the quality of life to improve once the Magnolia shopping center is completed next to Everglades. Proximity to Publix!

Of course, your mileage may vary. Hope that helps.
