Some kind of driving test for golf cart drivers and a drivers liscense to prove you took the test. Too many serious incidents caused by people who shouldn"t be driving anything.

This is one of the best ones yet. Internet streaming radio is all we use now because of it having no noise/interference as regular radio does in these concrete homes.

Maybe the survey will make a difference.... I have contacted The Villages Media Dept. for the last 2 years to ask the streaming question. I've always gotten the same response, "No plans now or in the future to stream"

remember as TV approaches build out the need for the developer to do much more than they have, plus continue with the same in the coming bew areas.....there is less and less they need to do to attract and sell to prospective residents. What they have done so far has attracted and mostly satisfied the 90,000+ who are here now.

There are, in my opinion two categories; one amenity like adds and second retail/consumer/commercial opportunities.

The amenity add are the ones "needed the least to make build out happen.

The retail/consumer/commercial will be a function of space available and where and new business prospects that are not yet in TV.

And in my opinion the surveys of today mean something very different to the developer than they did the past 10 years.

After build out, existing and future amenities will take on that ugly aura of what can the (then) budget afford. And adding new "wants" will be a function of how much additional fees/assessments are residents willing to pay?

Repair/replace/fix/upgrade existing are good targets now. And by all means let's try to get more commercial enterprise south of 466A because it is sorely lacking compared to the commercial infrastructure installation of the past.

My 1.48793 cents worth.

Default Golf Cart paths

Would be helpful to golf cart riders if all cart paths were painted, red, white and blue with the respective yardage...

Also, on golf cart trail that is near the Chula "lake", exiting on to Del Mar, cart entrance there is wide enough for one cart only (unless you want a hard landing on to road)...Definitely needs to be widened near road..

35 on Morse and some of the other major roads should be at least 40. Do the towns and counties need the money from speeding ticket that bad?
I agree 100% If you want to drive 15mph stay in the right lane please.

Hope others will add to their "wish list" for the villages. many people with arthritis, sore golfers, pickelball players, etc... would use indoor pools.
You hit the nail on the head. INSIDE the villages, golf cart accessible. The Villages keeps promoting we are the healthiest community but limits us on gyms. What could be more healthier than exercising?

I'm just a wannabee, but I would definitely listen to WVLG stream over the Internet.

Hope you realize it appears this survey is no longer confidential.
You have been assigned a private security code. Who has access to these codes?

That thought went through my mind as well - can't believe how cynical I've become - don't seem to trust much anymore.

It seems to me that they need to have a unique code assigned to each survey in order to ensure that duplicates aren't submitted or that online surveys aren't filled out by non residents. I think that's pretty much a standard process for any professional survey.

if you speak to the woodworking club -they stated it by themselves with the help of the villages - i think they said if they showed their was interest in the club they would help with the equipment just need someone to step up and organize - so it is not up to the villages to start the club

A couple of sports pools designated JUST FOR the water volley folks. I stopped using the sports pools because there seems more and more of these groups. The times for "open"---water-walking and swimming seemed to be less and less. I too would LOVE "some" indoor pools---wouldn't mind paying a fee as that's what I did up north, to get in. There are 'cold' days here and my exercise is limited due to that.

It might be nice to have some more "coffee spots" as well. Panera is nice as is Starbucks...but my friends and I were thinking of something like we all have had 'up north'. Many folks love to get together for some good coffee and a chat. Maybe this is a redundant wish due to the other spots already here.
