Well, it could be a reality if the U.S. and other polluting nations of the world like China don't take drastic measures to stop the inevitable climbing temperatures caused by Global Warming.

Green Day was formed in '87, but really became popular with "Dookie" in 1994...

Still a good 10-15 years or so till the Baby Boomers finish retiring... (It ran from 1946-1964)...

Some of the early Boomer's children are already in their 50's...

Add to that, the population growth post war, and we have about 100 million more people...

We keep making more people but we can't make any more dirt... We gotta live somewhere...

Considering how badly people drive on the ground the thought of flying cars is terrifying.

That's one of pet theories of disinformation peddled by the fossil fuel industry. Take a look at this graph from NASA -- one of the leading scientific organizations in the world. It shows that despite the sun irradiation or heat has been decreasing, global temperatures are rising. I've attached it to make it easier to see. This totally repudiates that false theory:

Obviously, many people are in denial about this and try to come up with some sort of theory to oppose the obvious. Human activity is speeding up the warming on our planet, even faster than scientists had thought. People laughed at Al Gore, but his inconvenient truth was based on science, not wishful thinking. The longer we wait to address this, the worse things will get. Guess most of us seniors won't be around to see the worst of this. My thought about Florida might be extreme but at the rate we're going, it might not be as preposterous as it might now seem.

Sorry, got Steve Miller and Dave Matthews crossed. Gin Blossoms are awesome just never got anything but a need to change the radio station from Dave Matthews Band. Merry Christmas and happy New Year.

Aerosmith???

They were going for 20+ years in the 90's!

And if I hear "Isn't it Ironic" (which has ZERO irony in it) one more time...

And "The Verve"? They stole their only hit from the Stones...

'Bitter Sweet Symphony' Credits And Royalties Given Back To The Verve By Jagger, Richards : NPR

P.S. Just funnin' with ya'! I love talking music...
