We were in TV for 7 days (10/17-10/24). We stayed in the lifestyle program in a privately owned home (Austin) in Hemingway and in the rental program.

I know that most of the units in Spanish Springs are either sold or for sale. They were used for lifestyle program as we stayed there in 2006.
Now these new units are being built are most likely to replace the SS homes sold.

I dont know how many people are there at any given time on the lifestyle program but I was while dining to notice how many people did use the lifestyle payment procedure in the offered (village owned) resturants.

Really was also amazed what was built in that time. My salesperson told us that the 206 homes were being built for lifestyle program. Now the walls are up to hide the view inside.

It was also nice to meet a few of you at Crispers on 10/17.

Atleast it is a nice looking wall....not as nice as the GREEN pasture...but it looks good....

I would surely think they will be ready by Dec 1st or so....
