We just purchased a lot in St. Catherine as well. We would love to see how the area N of St. Catherine Circle progresses!

Interesting find on these new apartments. I wonder how many more will be coming down South as expansion continues? Have any plans for these been filed anywhere?

If you want to see a specific area drop me a message/email and I'll see what I can do.

Can you elaborate? We are looking seriously at the Chitty Chatty & St. Catherine area up by the Preserve.

There is no bond difference as both villages are covered in the CDD 13 Series 1 bonds. There may be a difference in the bond mount on a particular subdivision based on its total acreage and number of homes, but beyond that the bond amount is the same pre acre in both villages. One cannot categorically say one village has a better bond than the other simply based on the amount of the bond on an individual home.

The bond calculation is explained in this video Bond Information and The Villages 5-30-19 Construction update - YouTube
