An unfair personal attack.

Sorry sweetie but that is a completely clueless comment. Unlikely the Developer is a fan of GWN.

He's a well informed, involved citizen and a truth teller with significant contributions to those moving here.

Ha Ha the developer just threw GWN and the other cheerleaders under the bus agreeing to a 40% impact fee increase that apparently won’t have the devastating effect on building GWN predicted. LOL sweetie

LOL and GWN calls the elected commissioners stooges, a personal attack, because they follow through on their promises to repeal the sweetheart deal GWN says doesn’t exist. And then he goes on rants how builders are going to move to other counties if the impact fee is raised.

You can't, you don't know me, don't know anything about me, have never met me, and yet you make such a statement.
First I know you are a knowledgeable person from reading your posts. I know you know the impact fee was a sweetheart deal. You have gotten very nasty with the new commissioners calling them stooges. So while you might not have a direct relationship with the developer ...

If they accept they will have given 60% of requested impact fees back to the developer and will impact business significantly less. Gives the triad the out they were searching for. Now we will see how smart and open to compromise they are.
