During 2005-2007 TV was selling/closing/building well over 400 per month. At that time homes were spec built and you put your name in lottery style when one like you wanted came up you were called and given 24-72 hours to take it or leave it.

Yep Been pouring homes here since 1997, Selling and closing is one thing,, building is another. We just had our best month in awhile, and it was 375.
