I am curious if other people ovserve them driving excessively fast. Here in Chatham and also in Calumet they really "pour on the coal" when they come through. We have complained more than once to the department and apparently they have little or no control over their drivers.

The little area I live in has a speed limit of 10 MPH. I'd be thrilled if the garbage men would drive it at 25 MPH. One day they are going to turn the corner and dump trash all over the yard across the street from me. Boy, is that going to smell lovely since I'm sure it will happen in July or August -- just bound to.
