Go to the VA Affairs' office at Powell road and Cty rt 466A. They have the form to submit to the sate to get one. Need to be 100%. Maybe 80% if unemployable and you are paid at the 100% rate.

Loes's will accept a VA card issued for your health visits. In addition to the 10% on every day items, they will give you the same discount on top of sale prices on July 4, Memorial Day and Veterans day sales of major appliances. I bought a refrigerator at the sale price and got the 10% in addition to that. I don't know about Home Depot discounts.
