In todays mail I got a "Letter" from Vivian Connell my "Santiago Neighbor" to get me to sign up for "Next Door". I did some checking, the Letter was MAILED from California, there is no Vivian Connell in The Village of Santiago. So "DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK"

Nextdoor.com is based in California so, if a registered user had a letter sent to you, it would originate there. As a member of Nextdoor, you have the ability to invite ANYONE in the US to join Nextdoor.

David I've been retired almost 14 years. I do not own a company. Next Door is a reputable company. But the letter is fishy. And the my old company is doing just fine without my help. As I stated I AM RETIRED.

Len has been around along time, has good insight on things. It’s not sneaking, red lettering says TOTV sponsor. Once you are seasoned, and have a little respect for posters you will be a little wiser.

You can always check the person if they owned property in whatever the county is......Just go to the county site and put in there name to see if they owned home or property there in that respective property. If they are renters though, the site wont recognize renters just owners.

For the reasons above, Vivian more than likely set up an exclusive “Village of Santiago” neighborhood on Nextdoor so that you all in Santiago could enjoy the these benefits.
