Nextdoor is a great app to get to know your neighbors. I was a member of my Oregon neighborhood and having just moved here, I will join a Hawkins neighborhood group on Nextdoor too. Fabulous way to communicate to all your neighbors. It was especially helpful in communicating suspicious behavior or crimes in the neighborhood to keep everyone alert.

Nextdoor is a great site for you to use. It is a national site. Every neighborhood in the country has it. It's corporate office is in California. Do not be hesitant to use it. It's full of information for you to use. Lots of villages here have sign-ups for the people in their neighborhoods

VIVIAN does in fact live in TV on Ballesteros Drive. As mentioned by kfierle, one can confirm this by doing a property search on the Sumter county appraiser site.

Also, to those not familiar, “Nextdoor” is a website & app that is widely used by home owners to meet & communicate with each other, including alerting folks of issues within the neighborhood, like that of a lost dog, personal items that are for sale or free, or a notify neighbors of an upcoming community gathering.

For the reasons above, Vivian more than likely set up an exclusive “Village of Santiago” neighborhood on Nextdoor so that you all in Santiago could enjoy the these benefits.

I live in Palo Alto and the letter was addressed to "The Village of Santiago Neighbor". The User Name Investment Painting was given to me when I Set up the Advertising for the Co. Since everyone knows who I am I decided not to switch it. Since Vivian Knows me, have her give me a call. I'll be waiting.

I Still say the Letter is a scam and simply tried to warn people. The letter is "Deceptive Advertising". As far as Investment Painting is concerned "The Company " has been in continuous operation since 1966 except the Vietnam year. There has only been 2 Owners. After over 40 years of ownership I am rather proud of the "Name"

I won't join them, because they DO kick people out if they don't agree with "their view" or their "standards". You can't say what you think, because it may offend them. There is good information to be had there, but at what cost?

It does not say the right to speak only if you agree with my bias. It does not say freedom to practice my faith.

The constitution is four pages limiting the power of government. Any typical government bill, four pages is the table of contents.
