Default Has construction stopped on Bob Evans??

Haven't seen anyone working on the new Bob Evans in Colony lately. At first there was lots of activity. Now nothing. So far just the wooden frame is up. Anyone know the status of it?

or could be awaiting payment, A contract would never stop at that stage unless there were big problems with material, engineering or payments.
At that stage inspections aren't a big deal unless a real screw up happened on the main structure.
My suspicions are payment.

With construction there are wait-times due to inspections, waiting for subs to come, weather and other issues that aren't the fault of the contractor. With home-building at least, this is a factor. We've built several homes and also some home improvement projects so have only that experience.
