I know the traffic on Southern Trace and Woodbridge has almost doubled in the last 6 months. And with Bealls and Red Lobster due to open later this year, it will only get worse.

Speaking of terrible odors. Traveling down El camino from Savanna Rec Center to SS on the right there is a pond on the golf course that at times has smelled horrible and I mean horrible. I think Lately it has been OK. This is on the opposite side of the street and down El Camino from the plant.
