RUSS!!! Where in RI? The big city of Providence? NOT IN SOUTH COUNTY!! South County has country and beach charm and mostly friendly people. Did know a few snobs, but don't we all....In South County, when taking a walk and in passing, usually a mutual hi!

Rhonda - Central Falls born and raised until college at age 18. Not quite as civil as you south county folk.

Waving is very common in the retirement community where we currently live. When we were in TV two weeks ago, we waved to everyone. Some waved back and some looked at us like, who is that... do we know them? Well, I like waving. It makes you feel like you live in friendly community, so when we get there we will wave! wav
