Right on Ron!!!

Lou will be too busy playing golf with you to run a Corrado's in The Villages! :-)

But you are right about showing "others" how to really make a sandwich!!! He is tops when it comes to that, in my most humble opinion.

And a "Natick" club would be terrific, we should start working on that.

Default The Yankees are Coming! The Yankees are Coming!

Yea, congratulations y'all!!

Dear Dan and Floss,
When we meet you and the rest of the MA crowd, we'll try to drop the "R" from words with that letter if you'll try to add a syllable or two to the rest of the words.

Come on down!

Your southern P(al)

(p.s., Russ and Linda understand us and vice versa, y'all. The pot's already melting)

From the time we accepted an offer in early June, we have gotten through the inspection, fixed those items found in the inspection, then the bank appraisal and last Friday, the buyers bank gave them their mortgage commitment.

After we close on the 29th, we are heading to our house in TV where we'll happily wait until our condo back in MA is finished - sometime in early September.

As I previously posted, this begins a new chapter in our lives because we are down-sizing from a 5 bedroom home where we raised our family, to a new 2 bedroom condo in the same town. My wife, Floss, is retiring on July 28th and we'll be in TV to celebrate our anniversary on July 30th. We'll then be fortunate for being able to spend summer's in MA and winters in TV.

Dreams do come true!
Congrat! See good things happen to nice people. I am very happy for you and your wife. Give her a hug for retiring and wish you both a happy anniversary. See your in TV soon.

I'm from New York and I haven't met a good sandwich I didn't like.
