You could do away with spectrum and just stream... you tube TV, and whatever else you want. Would be cheaper than cable.

cable news yes, probably won't need dvr as it has video on demand

Not sure it was mentioned on here but once you get your internet provider you can try YouTube TV for free for x number of days, I want to say it was 7 but not sure.
