Default We are so excited

Our TV realtor, Wayne White, just sent us this! We will start building at the end of September. We had put our lot on hold on Jan. 7 when there was almost nothing built in Pennecamp and haven't seen it until he sent us this. We are so excited - I had to share.

Mike and Julie,
I can see why you are excited! Congratulations. I'm excited for you too!

It's a beautiful homesite with nice privacy in the back. What a nice thing for your sales agent to have done!

Wish you all the best.

Very nice lot. We started building on our lot in Buttonwood about 6 weeks ago and it is almost finished now. It is amazing how fast it will go up! About the only things left to finish are carpet and appliances. I would check with some of the homewatch people mentioned on TOTV about taking pictures for you during construction. We hired Mary and Ed Edwards and they have done an outstanding job documenting the build progress for us.

Cheers.

I know the feeling. We are here for two months and are more excited now than we were anticipating our move. You will love it here.

Mike and Julie,

Congratulations! We are so happy for you.

We are five lots to your left as you look at your lot from the street. You have two empty lots on your left, then two houses already built, then our vacant lot. We will start building at the end of December.

We absolutely love the Miona Lake Golf Course view. We think it's the best view in all The Villages. We love the beautiful live oaks.

We manage to get to TV every other month. We hope to meet you soon. We've met our immediate neighbors to our left and right. They are very nice people.

We will be retiring and moving to TV full time about a year from now. Are you folks moving in when your home is ready or do you have to wait?

Hope you will continue to share pictures as you get them.

Again, looking forward to meeting you soon.

Thanks everyone! We hope to meet you all soon. We will be moving there full-time at the end of November. WE CAN'T WAIT! You are all invited to Mike's 60th B-Day party on Dec. 4. TOTV has been such a great place to virtually meet you all and I have learned so much about TV! Thanks

Small world! We almost bought either that lot or the one next to it in May. Decided on a corner lot in Buttonwood instead. Those are very picturesque lots!

Best of luck.
