I am new to the Villages.. Soon to be moving to Buttonwood..Hopefully sooner than later...But....... What is a "Frog" I keep seeing it posted on TOTV but have no idea... I have heard of snowbirds.. but not "Frogs". If it is a term only for Villagers than I can't wait to be a "Frog"..

AFTER 3 MONTHS ON THE MARKET WE TOOK YOUR WORDS OF WISDOM TO HEART "'LIST IT FOR THE LOWEST PRICE POSSIBLE THAT WON'T HURT" Dropped the price and had an offer in 2 weeks.
