A neighbor 1 hr ago found a small shaggy white maybe cockapoo dog at St. Charles post office. Neutered male with shaven leg. Friendly. Animal services picked him up as chip owner could not be verified. He was taken to Lake Sumter animal services. 30 to 40 lbs.
