Default west of Bailey Trail

Why is my Villages map blank west of the circle at Bailey Trail and Buena Vista Blvd? The entire area is blank yet there's an obvious road leaving the circle just south of that intersection heading west to no where?!? Is there future development planned there or is this not Morse owned property? Anyone know? Just curious. :dontknow:

Somebody told me the blank areas on the map were conservation areas and would not be developed. But that was just someone we asked on the street after we first bought our map and didn't understand the blank areas ourselves. Seems like one of the blank areas borders 466 on the north side of the road, and we found out that is a farm owned by someone that wouldn't sell their property when the Morse family was buying up land. So don't know how true it is about the conservation land anymore.

I have a map that is called The Villages General Area Map. This map is free and you have to ask for it at the sales office it shows the golf courses and main roads South of 466A as well as Brownwood the 3rd town square.

This map shows a road which will run just north of the Sandhill Executive Starter Shack and will curve around and come out at the intersection of Baileytrail and St Charles Place this road looks like it will be a continuation of St Charles Place.

It looks like they are starting construction of the Sea Breeze Regional Recreation Center on the Southwest side of the roundabout at Buena Vista, Bailey Trail and Odell Circle.

There is an area that The Villages doesn't own which runs along the West side of Sandhill Golf Course and The Villages owns about where the par 4 is and the farmer who didn't sell to The Villages has what is South and West of the par 4. The Villages owns and will build North and west of the par 4 and to the West to County road 139 (per this map)
